Express translations for same-day or overnight delivery, or involving weekend work, are subject to a surcharge of 50-100%. |

Authentications and courier services are billed separately.
A surcharge of CHF 15.00 per order is payable for postage and packaging/handling. |

| General terms and conditions |
Complaints must be submitted within 20 days of completing the order. USG AG’s liability is limited to the original translation text and to compensation in kind. All other liability is excluded. Payment terms 30 days, strictly net. The place of jurisdiction is Bern (Switzerland). Swiss law applies.
In cases where orders are placed with USG AG on behalf of third parties, liability remains with the person placing the order. |
